Cherry is making the best of her time - a lady in waiting!

She's groomed and needed a little extra something to make her feel pretty -- why not a crown??  She doesn't look very happy in the picture, but she's doing fine - she likes all of the extra attention.  We're patiently waiting - can't wait to see them!

Do Cockers like to swim?

Well, the answer is yes!  I would not recommend it with a full showcoat, but these boys have their summer haircuts and are having a blast!  Of course, not all boys have their own lake!

We had a chance to visit Clark and Nick a few weeks ago.  They were showing off for us in a grand style -- They've got a wonderful home -- sorry it took so long to share these picutres -- Enjoy

Update for Cherry

The excitement is building at our house – Cherry should be delivering her puppies in about a week ~ October 6^th.

This is Cherry’s first litter, and we’re not sure what to expect – that adds to the suspense! Her belly has become quite large, and her appetite has grown as well. We’re now feeding her four times a day.

You had notified us previously that you would like to be contacted when the puppies are born. I’m writing this e-mail to make sure you are still interested – of course, there is no obligation ~ we want the best home possible for our pups and the best puppy for your family. You may have already found the puppy of your dreams or some other circumstance has changed in your life and are no longer interested.

If you do want to know when they arrive, please let me know. We do try to take pictures within the first 24 hours, and we do notify the “wait list” before they are posted on our website for the public to view. If you would rather receive a phone call or text, I can also do that – I’ll just need a phone number. Cherry won’t be accepting visitors until we see how she is adjusting to her new role as mother.

Did you know I had a birthday in August???

Yes, I turned 3 years old in August

My family forgot!  Fortunately, my sister (she thinks she's a Cocker) did remember and we partied without them!

This is Pebbles - a Mercedes/Charlie puppy born in Augusut 2009.   Her family reports that they did forget her birthday this year but have made it up to with lots and lots of treats.  She just came back grom her "spa" treatment and had her picture taken --  Beautiful girl!  thanks so much for sharing.
