Diana Ross has her name

Drum roll, please . . . Diana is to be called Lucy!  I just love that little "go button" on her head  :)

My Zoe Rose

I knew we took a picture of Zoe with the crown when we took the picture of Cherry wearing the crown last week-- I was afraid it had been deleted from the camera card, but it wasn't --

 

Zoe is 10 years old and has developed cataracts - she has some eyesight and does quite well.  We found homes for a couple of our older girls, but just couldn't let Zoe have the stress of new surroundings.  She's here to stay with us.

Patti LaBelle - has her name!

Patti's new family has decided on on Zoe for her "call" name -- they are still working on a middle name -- I was thrilled with their selection as I still have my ~Zoe Rose~  I'll have to find her picture and post it . . .

Now, Meet Bruce

This was Chuck Berry - who has been adopted by a Bruce Springstein fan!  Thus, the new name is BRUCE! 

We're getting our new "call" names!

Of course, there is the AKC registered name - usually a long, meaningful name - but not a name your could shout out fast if you're trying to tell you pup your pup to drop your new sandals.  "Call" name is what you actually call your dog.

This is Marvin Gay (no AKC name yet) - his new call name is COSMOS!  We started calling him that immediately -
